It has been too long since we’ve all connected at Carmel Lake. That’s why we’re so excited to invite you to another workshop, continuing with our Living Well Series. We hope you’ll join us on November 11th for a three hour wellness workshop beginning at 10am.
In this workshop, we will explore the at-home techniques of sculpting facial massage (including some intra-oral), gua sha, breathwork, and so much more, with New Orleans based, Holistic Esthetician, Nurdan Buist. Dr. Colleen Fuller will follow her with some explanations on acupuncture meridians and ear seeds, and how it relates to facial massage for overall health. Finally, we will all enjoy a nourishing, family style lunch prepared by Katie Fuller.

Get to Know Nurdan—
Nurdan started her journey in the world of health and wellness at the age of 19 as a fitness instructor in her hometown of Queens. Soon thereafter, she earned a massage therapy license from the highly regarded Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in Manhattan. With an ever-deepening connection to the healing arts, she then pursued and achieved an advanced Yoga teaching certification at Shoshoni in the high hills of Colorado. Keeping with the flow, she received her Esthetics license in Denver, thereby adding another dimension to her practice. Forever thirsty for knowledge to share, she was certified in the art of Intra-oral Buccal massage by Kosha Spa of Los Angeles, lending incredible depth to an already rich practice.
In a workshop with Nurdan expect to feel a sense of much needed and well deserved liberation. Her practice style is beautifully intense and she is honored to share her expertise in transformative self-care.
