Award Winning Chef, Elea Mondragon, has created an unparalleled 6 course menu consisting of organic and locally sourced ingredients. In keeping with the signature Carmel Lake Dinner Experience, each course will be paired with biodynamic and organic wines sourced from family owned, award winning wineries and vineyards. Our goal is to offer a private dining experience with exceptional food and wine that you will not be find anywhere else.
Cocktail hour will begin at 6:30 PM, fireside, on our covered patio facing the lake. Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM in our private studio.
